When we are prepared with knowledge about the birth process, tools to stay positive, calm, and more comfortable through labour, have good support, and prepare both our mind and body for this important event, birth can be a very positive and empowering experience.
Includes:
- 12-hours of tuition in the comfort of your home (or via zoom) for the birthing mother and birth partner
- ‘Positive Birth Program’ Booklet for class
- Access to comprehensive online resources (a collection of mp3 tracks for pregnancy and birth, eBook, practice videos, birth videos, pdf downloads, extra reading)
- Ongoing support from your Practitioner
Once purchased Modern Childbirth Co. will be in contact with in 24 hours via email and phone to arrange booking dates and times.
Private 'In Home' Positive Birth Program 2x 6hour sessions
Deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable.
Modern Childbirth Co. may come to your address for the private sessions (or via zoom).
