Late Pregnancy Birth Education – Terms & Conditions

By booking the Late Pregnancy Birth Education class with Modern Childbirth Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• This express course is designed for expectant parents who are approximately 37 weeks pregnant or later, or within three weeks of their estimated due date.

• The class is intended to provide focused birth preparation for those nearing the arrival of their baby.

Location

• Private classes are held in the comfort of your own home or another mutually agreed location.

• Travel is included for locations within approximately 30 km of Tugun, Queensland.

• Locations beyond 30 km may be accommodated but must be confirmed prior to booking and may incur an additional travel fee.

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• If you choose to cancel your booking, $150 of the course fee is non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid may be refunded at the discretion of Modern Childbirth Co., provided the cancellation is made before the scheduled class.

Scheduling

• Classes are arranged at a mutually agreed date and time that suits both the client and Modern Childbirth Co.

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• If either party needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible should be provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations by the client will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150.

• One complimentary reschedule may be offered where reasonable notice is provided and subject to availability.

• If you go into labour or experience a medical complication before your scheduled class, please contact Modern Childbirth Co. as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to arrange an alternative appointment where possible.

Attendance

• The class is designed for the pregnant woman and one birth partner.

• Additional attendees must be discussed and approved by Modern Childbirth Co. prior to the class.

Course Content

• The Late Pregnancy Birth Education class is an express, 4-hour private birth education session providing evidence-based information, practical labour and birth strategies, and hypnobirthing techniques to help you prepare for birth.

• This course is educational in nature and is intended to complement, not replace, the advice and care provided by your maternity care team.
